I’ve decided to select my current job as the source of my first area of learning. Hence I am expecting to write it easily as I feel competent on production planning and have lots to say on the subject. However as I write, I feel like I continue to write my job description assignment.
Then I stop and begin asking the question:
- What are the things that my subordinates or other production planning chiefs cannot do about my job?
I ask this question on every paragraph I’ve written and began rephrasing or mostly, deleting it… (Now I hope I may finish it till weekend. :)) The critical thing about this question is its answer generally leads to a specific knowledge or experience which I believe I have to emphasize in the area of learning assignment.
I have a big question which starts to keep me annoying and is getting bigger and bigger as I think:
- What will be my next area of learning?
